iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation Course
Mondays 8, 15, 22, 29 October & 5 and 12 November 2018
Now is the right time for meditation. Do you like to get some help to get started? We offer a 6 weeks Yoga Nidra course. The technique is easy to learn and practice, based on the ancient teachings of meditation from India.
Every evening we start with a short introduction about the practice of that day and afterwards you will practice and experience it while laying down or sitting comfortably.
To be able to continue a practice at home, you will be given handouts and recordings.
Wendy Manders is an iRest level 1 teacher and very happy to offer this 6 weeks meditation course.
